Father Billy Brightfield  and his family moved to Sylvania when Billy got a job there as the new village postman. As Sylvania has grown so much over the last few years with more families moving into the village, Pete and Sam, the existing postmen, just cannot keep up with all the mail! Billy is very conscientious and makes sure everyone’s mail is always delivered on time. Mother Nancy Brightfield  loves to sew and make tablecloths and curtains for her family home. Father Egbert Highbranch  is a talented toy maker and dreams of opening his own toy store one day. Baby brother Bran Highbranch  is obsessed with taking pictures and carries his beloved camera everywhere he goes. His poor family cannot move a muscle without him calling for them to ‘freeze’, ‘hold it right there’, or ‘say cheese!’ Despite having to stop and pose at any given moment, Bran’s mother, Olive, thinks that he has a good eye and perhaps will grow up to be Sylvania’s next professional photographer. Baby sister Brie Highbranch  loves to look at the world in great detail. She takes her trusty binoculars everywhere she goes and with her long neck she always has an excellent view of everything that is going on in the village. Her parents are currently trying to teach her about privacy and how it isn’t polite for Brie to use her binoculars to see what their neighbours are having for tea!
Baby sister Amber Husky  is forever gurgling and giggling while pulling funny faces. Her family can't help but smile when they look at that adorable little face, and her newborn siblings love to spend time with their big sister. Amber loves to play games with the triplets and keep them entertained, peek-a-boo is her favourite. Baby brother Jeremy Husky  loves playing outside with his twin sister. His pride and joy is his toy train, which he loves to push around while Amber rides on the train seat. Jeremy is also very proud to be a big brother, even though he's not that much older than the triplets really. He likes to take care of his little siblings, something that his father is actively encouraging - he thinks Jeremy may grow up to be a teacher. Ride on train can tow the triplets sledge (sold separately).

Father Vincent Husky  is the deputy mayor of Sylvanian Village. He is responsible for looking after the roads, tram tracks, footpaths and forest trails to ensure they stay in tip top condition so all the villagers can get around safely. Vincent is also keen mechanic and can often be found in the garage behind the house tinkering with his vintage car collection, and getting very grubby in the process. His wife is constantly having to remind him to take his overalls off before he comes back into the house! Mother Avril Husky  is everything you would expect from the deputy mayor's wife. She is methodical, organised and always knows every detail of his schedule, and those of her seven children too! Avril has a passion for jewellery and gems, with vintage and heirloom pieces being her absolute favourite. Her most prized posession is a beautiful antique brooch that Vincent gave her for their 10th wedding annivesary last year. Triplets Rae, Drake & Nelly Husky  are the newest arrivals in the family and are still very small. Being so young, they aren’t yet able to do a huge amount by themselves, but that’s no problem as their dad Vincent has built them the most adorable little sledge which they can be pulled around in. They smile and giggle with glee as they ride along beind their parents or older siblings. Triplets sledge can be towed by the tandem bicycle - part of the Tandem bicycle set 5367 (sold separately).
