Delivery And Returns

Delivery:

We post via Royal Mail, and can usually provide a tracking number on demand.

Royal Mail's partners will carry post outside of the UK, usually the state postal system in the country it is arriving in.

Please note that during the Christmas period, both us and Royal Mail get around five times busier than usual and delivery times take a little longer.

Returns:

To return an item, email us with the issue and we will respond within just a couple days. We can send you instructions on how to send it back to us and then we will issue you a refund. :)
